Metal Fabrication

Laser Cutting

We have 3 laser cutting lines of automatic computer control, in which 1 line imported from Japan with uncoilers , other 2 lines are bigger made in Shenzhen China. Especially cutting sheet & plate in different shapes, materials can be stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized steel. We also have a laser cutting machine for metal pipes.

Turret Punching

We have 3 sets of turret punching stations, in which one imported from Japan brand AMADA, other two made in Shenzhen China. Especially punching different holes, like circled, square, diamond, and shaped.

Stamping

We have 28 sets of stamping machines, in which 6 large heavy-duty, 22 medium-sized.

Bending

We have 12 sets of bending machines, in which 2 sets of automatic brand ” Savanini ” imported from Austria, other 10 sets made in Shenzhen China with more than 300 moulds, especially bending plates with different angles.

Welding

We have 4 welding lines, totally 16 stations, in which 6 automatic welding arms, and 10 accurate stations for spot welding and panel welding.

Polishing

We have 3 sets of polishing machines and 60 hand-held polishers.

Electrostatic Powder Coating

We have 3 lines of automatic enclosed electrostatic powder coating machines, can accept different customized surface color by RAL/PANTON Colours.

We have 9 sets of CNC lathes, especially turning high precision complex spare parts.

Lathe Turning & Thread Rolling

We have 8 sets of different styles of CAD lathes, especially process high speed and high precision fasteners.

Door & Window Hardwares

Solider Group started business from manufacturing of office furnitures and hardwares. By now, our CE and UL certified stainless steel hinges are popular in Europe and North America markets.

Mechanical Hardwares

We perennially export customized bolt, washer, gear, bearing and caster to construction companies and wholesaler in United States.
